PRE-BOOKED SALES OFFER - CAMPAIGN REFRESH

The goal of this project was a total campaign refresh of the long-standing weekly offer, Wings Wednesday, to revitalize bookings with minimal spending. 

Work included:

  • Total copy rewrite of all customer journey steps, from onsite point of sales materials to landing page & booking platform copy. 

  • Redesign of all assets for a more eye-catching look.

  • Email marketing and paid social media campaign - A/B testing tagline ‘Unlimited Wings’ vs. ‘All-you-can-eat Wings.’

Results within three months of going live

  • Tripling of like-for-like sales within three months (compared to the same period in 2022).

  • Landing pages maintained an average of 52k monthly views

  • Bar organic socials achieved 48k engagements
